We will gladly provide a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase on merchandise presented with price tickets in place and original receipt. Refunds will be in original method of payment.

After 14 days we will exchange or issue a credit note at the current retail price for merchandise presented with price tickets in place and original receipt.

For merchandise presented without a receipt, we will exchange or issue a credit note for the current retail price.

All earrings, hats, hosiery, socks, shoulder pads, undergarments and Special Occasion dresses are considered a final sale and are not eligible for a refund, an exchange, or a credit note.

No refund, exchange or credit note on merchandise reduced at 50% off the original ticketed price or more, nor on any merchandise that has been altered.

For merchandise presented with a gift receipt, we will exchange or issue a credit note for the current retail price.
